Eligibility
The term ‘user’ shall mean any legal person or entity accessing or using the services provided on this website, who is competent to enter into binding contracts, as per the provisions of the Indian Contract Act 1872, or, has not otherwise been barred by any applicable law for the time being in force from entering into contracts. The user shall represent and warrant that there is competency and eligibility to enter into a legally binding agreement or contract.
Payment
The access to this website by any user for browsing is absolutely free of cost. Only chargers levied are for the services mentioned herein and availed by any party.
In respect to a property listed on the website or any other services availed from PLOC through the website or otherwise, would require the users to pay an initial token amount which will be held by the company on behalf of the third party developers with whom the customer has engaged, in an escrow account. The payments in the escrow accounts are facilitated by a payment gateway service provider which shall be specified by PLOC. Tokens received after finalization of sale or lease or any such provision of service by a business partner will be adjusted in consideration payable by the users to the real estate developers for either property purchased or services availed, as the case may be. For such an escrow account, PLOC is entitled to deduct their service fee from the total payment deposited.
In case there concludes no sale, lease or transaction of the property, or no services are rendered with no fault of the customer, PLOC shall liaise with the real estate developer who holds the escrow account for the refund of the token amount. PLOC shall not be liable to make any payment in place of the deposit made to the escrow account, under any circumstance
Security
Transactions conducted over this website are secured and protected. The data provided by the user during transactions on the website is encrypted to ensure protection against inadvertent exposure to external parties. PLOC encourages that users shall parally see our Privacy Policy for a detailed description of collecting, disclosing, and retaining information.
